5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Given the nature of our services (consulting and training), the following cancellation and refund policies apply:
- Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel a booked service (consulting engagement or training session), you must notify Nextgen Sales via email at hello@nextgensales.co.in.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service commencement date may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service commencement date may result in a forfeiture of a portion or the entirety of the fees paid, depending on the work already performed or resources allocated.
- Specific cancellation terms for larger projects or ongoing engagements will be detailed in the individual service agreement or proposal.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation terms outlined above.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued via the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have already been fully delivered or completed.
6. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Nextgen Sales primarily provides services (sales consulting and training), which are delivered virtually or on-site as agreed upon. There are generally no physical products to be “shipped.”
- Service Delivery: Our services are delivered through scheduled online meetings, webinars, in-person sessions (if applicable), and email communication.
- Materials: Any training materials or documents will be delivered electronically (e.g., via email or a shared drive) or provided in print during in-person sessions, as per the service agreement.
- Timelines: Delivery timelines for specific consulting projects or training programs will be mutually agreed upon and outlined in the respective service proposals or contracts.
