Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the execution team and they have initiated the process of shipping/delivering the service.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
